Biography of Diane Bebbington

Dr Diane Bebbington
Director, Knowledge Perspectives
Diane is a social scientist with interests in the sociology of the labour market particularly in relation to higher education, equality and leadership and management, the sociology of science, research policy and qualitative research methodology.
In 2004 Diane set up Knowledge Perspectives, a company focusing on equality issues within the public and private sectors. She is currently diversity advisor to the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education
Diane has worked on many national, European and international projects including for the Higher Education Funding Council for England, the University of Cambridge, Equality Challenge Unit, the Athena Project, the InterAcademy Council and Roehampton University/European Commission.
She has a PhD in sociology from the University of London’s Institute of Education and an MSc in human communication from City University. |
